How can I allow the device Camera to insert face on actor?
I am extremely new at this so I am sorry if I am in the wrong place! My sons friend has an iPad game called jake and the Neverland pirates pirate school that allows them to take a picture with the iPad camera and insert that picture on to the face of the actor. I wanted to make him his own personal game with this functionality but as I said I am extremely new at this and I don't know how to go about doing this any opinions? Can I do this with unity? Any help would be much appreciated as I would like to make him this game for his birthday......
I like the idea of you making game for your son's birthday...inspires me to do the same for my daughter. As for your question, it is not a good fit for Unity Answers. UA deals with single specific technical issues. Your question has multiple technical issues, and at this point is more a design/discussion question. Unity Forums is the place for this question. The nature of the mesh you will be using for the character: 2D vs 3D.
Whether you own Unity Pro
Your vision for how you plan to crop/position the face.
