Writing file error - Can't Build to WebPlayer

Hey all,

I keep getting the follow error when trying to build to WebPlayer.

Writing file error

Resizing file Temp/uncompressedData failed: An attempt was made to move the file pointer before the beginning of the file.

Does anyone know any reason this might be happening? I've found similar "Writing file error" questions around Answers and have tried the following already:

1. Deleting Temp folder contents before building.

2. Turning off Anti-Virus.

3. Checking the 'Streamed' checkbox in the Build Settings.

4. Removed any instance of System.Reflection from the project.

5. Removed all DLL plugins from the project.

This successfully builds a PC build, but crashes upon start. The crash report tells me nothing, but the dump file gives the following Exception Information:

The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.

Any and all help is very much appreciated folks! I'm a great researcher, and only need a bit of information to go a long way. I'm on a bit of a time crunch here so if anyone has any clue at all then please reply!
