Error: expecting (
I have no idea what is wrong. I am calling a function just as I have at least a dozen times my various scripts in this game, but for some reason it doesn't want to work now. Here's my script:
function PerformSet() { //a bunch of code
AddItUp(); }
function AddItUp() { //a bunch of code }
And the error is this: BCE0044: expecting (, found 'AddItUp'.
It doesn't even have a problem with the PerformSet function. Am I just doing something stupid?
The error will be contained in one of the "`//a bunch of code`" that you've omitted. If you update your question with the exact code, I'm sure someone will be able to spot the issue.
I am tired...but i do not see a problem here. $$anonymous$$abye it is not in this code the problem is?

Can you post the 'bunch of code' because it sounds like the first bunch has a problem.
Thanks so much. I was in fact doing something stupid. As soon as I read your and $$anonymous$$arowi's responses, I found it. The problem was that I had forgotten to close up an if statement right before calling the AddItUp function. All I had to do was add a '}' and the problem was solved. Thanks again!
