Weird low quality colors in 3D

Question

As you can see, the rings of compressed color looks awful. How do I get rid of it? I'm already in Fantastic quality.

Try changing your asset's import settings. Setting the Format to "True color" fixes that for me in Android.

Share some more info. Platform you're targeting, the current import settings for your asset, is there any light? What shader does your object use?

Standard shaders, PC, 32x32 textures imported in compressed mode on repeat.

I disabled the Albedo, and did a solid color. The color problem still persists.
