If you need it, you should at least identify what that is (I don't have it either). Based on it's appearance suggesting a graph, I'm going to guess that's the Profiler button which you won't have unless you get Unity Pro.
If it's not that, update this indicating what it is.
It provides hiding GUIs in unity.I can ask this my GUIs doesnt shown in scene view ,for example GUITexture it should have been shown UNITY photo but it is not showing how can i enable this ?
