How to hide part of a gameobject?
I'm trying to achieve a summon effect and I want to make it seemed like the item/monsters came out from a magic circle. Like in the image below.

I'm not sure about this since my camera can be rotated around the player.
It should still work if you cover the entire object in the masked one. Or another way is to use fading shaders. A little bit harder to get a hold off, but there are many tutorials on youtube how to do them, or just look at this: https://answers.unity.com/questions/1379176/nicely-fade-transparency-with-standard-shader.html
If you use a box and not a plane, whatever in the box will not show.
