New Package Manager Destroyed my console Log behavior

Question

So here is what happened... I install unity 2018.1 and want to work with new entity system and after installing it from the package manager. I cant open the script by double-clicking the console log ... what just happen? is it a bug or there is something I can do to fix this?

please, this is killing me... :(
