How to remove image effect (component) from camera without using destroy

Hi Everyone,

I use a script to add multiple image effects to a camera such as bloom and blur. All i want to do is "remove" those components and rebuild them in a different order with a function. (Basically I want to be able to reorder 6 image effects dynamically)

When I use destroy on a component it removes the reference so If i try to add it again it doesn't work. How can I remove a component (image effect) from a camera without destroying it ?

Moving a component up or down or resetting it are available but not remove.(via inspector)

I'm probably looking at the problem the wrong way :P Any and all help appreciated.

You could enable/disable them via code, but I don't think that it is what you want to achieve.

sounds like you probably need some sort of effect helper script which calls them in the required order rather than adding them explicitly to an object.

Gjf, I'll give that shot, think I'm just approaching it the wrong way :P
