How add itween to clone gameobject

Hi evryone i wanto move cloned gameobject by using itween but i am taking some error. I am loading these gameobject in resources folder. But when i used gameobject like a cube in hieararch i do not get an error. Please someone help me. Thanks a lot My Script like this alt text
