Unintended audio gaps
Hi!
I have a chiptune that loops and it lasts for around 4 seconds before looping. But when I look on the audio clip, there's a gap that is just as long as the music itself. When I listen to it in Unity, it's there. But when I listen to it in windows media player or in my music editor, there's no gap. Is this some kind of bug? Why does this happen?
Thanks in advance

Unity does not work properly with MP3's for some reason. It adds a small silence when importing. I had this problem before and solved by using a wave-file instead. I'm assuming you were trying to use an MP3 by the way.
I would recommend using ogg which is comparable in size and quality to mp3 and there is no gap problem.
