Posting Images On Unity Answers
I'm trying to post an image in Unity Answers so I can help explain a question better. But unfortunately, I cannot seem to figure out how to post a image, even after reading the editing help. I tried using the free image hosting, and on that side it seemed to work fine. I tried all the normal linking codes, but none of them worked. If I even use those codes, where do I put them? And if I don't use them, how do I do it? Is this a unity answers question, or is it a FreeImageHosting problem? I have not found a single question that covers this information. Any help would be welcome.
Thanks in advance.
I can suggest you using photobucket or dropbox for this task. It has always worked fine for me. Dropbox is very handy since it allow you to share any kind of file (include unity3d webplayer builds) online, directly from your hard drive. You can also use it to keep documents online, so they are accessible elsewhere. Think of it as a remote USB stick.
This is helpful, but both these options seem to require signing up for something. Not that that is a problem, but it seems, Eric5h5 (below), has a simpler solution to the problem. But thank you for your feedback, I will look into this.

Just link to the actual image. Free image hosting often makes you go to a page, which isn't the image itself, it's a page that contains the image. (This is so they can show you ads.) If direct linking isn't allowed, you need hosting which allows direct linking.
