What Is The Best AI Solution For A Restaurant Style Strategy Game?
My game is about 6 months old now and I put AI development on hold for a few months. I used JavaScript to create my own way-point based system in the past but it doesn't meet the needs of the game. I also know that there are a lot of third party AI solutions out there but I'm finding it difficult to pick one because I don't know if it can do what the game needs. The features I require are as follows:
Ray casting or some form of state management to detect and react to entities being close to each other. (Its very important for customers to have a sense of personal space.)
Path-finding via navmeshs, way-points, etc.
The ability to spawn multiple entities into the scene.
Random path selections aka choosing to go to a soda machine first instead of the front register.
Animation state handling.(Customers should be able to sit down at a table and stand up from the table)
Entity location detection.(Detect if a seat is occupied by another customer)
I think that just about covers what the game needs. Now all I need is your help. If you have any questions please ask. Thanks!

Edit: OP is asking what 3rd Party Solution is best fit for all that (if any single one will); re-opened.
Number 4 is a two line piece of code you'd be better of doing yourself. It's unlikely you will find a package that fits all your needs exactly. You will probably have to add and change stuff yourself, especially the last two points ;)
