Unity3D 4.2.0 Crasing ... !!!

i just downloaded unity3d 4.2.0 , when i am first time using unity3d 4.2.0 , when i am create a gameobject like cube/plane etc.

Unity 3d get crashes and open error/bug massage ..

but when i am use unity3d 4.0.0 , all that did not happen, Unity3D does not crash, it's ok ..

i am using windowsXp ver 2002 service pack 3 , intel atom cpu@1.60GHz 512 mb of ram ...

is it a bug? whether unity is more higher now than ever before? or there is something wrong from my computer? what's the solution?
