Unity web player folder empty?

I just finished downloading the unity web player setup.exe and let it install. But when I located the Unity folder, nothing was inside it. Also unity3d says that I haven't installed it yet. I've already tried downloading a new setup but I got the same results. Please help. :(

What are you trying to do? Install Unity the 3D Application Engine? Or the Unity Web Player to be able to interact with a published build on a web page? These are 2 very different things.

For the Unity Web Player plug-in (for accessing a build in a web browsers) : http://unity3d.com/webplayer/

For installing and using Unity the 3D Application Engine : http://unity3d.com/unity/download/

Did you install as and ad$$anonymous$$ or a regular user? Did you use the commandline /AllUsers command line switch or not? What Unity folder did you look in? Are you on a PC or $$anonymous$$ac? Did you look in c:\Program Files (x86)\Unity or c:\Users\{you}\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\WebPlayer?
