How do I apply UnityPro Water to a basic shape without render distortion?
Hello,
I'm trying to create a game where the player swims through floating cylinders of water that interweave around one another. However, Unity Pro's water shader does not seem to work with this goal. Whenever I apply the material to any shape other than a plane, it fails to render at all! And when I have gotten it to render, it doesn't render properly. Portions of the cylinder render when they should be obscured, and it seems to render all foam effects from the top-down, as if it were a projected effect.
This video represents something similar to what I hope to accomplish. Does anyone know of either a solution to Unity Pro Water or some sort of asset store water shader that I could buy to do this? Thanks.
