gamepad right analog seemingly not connected
I'm trying to read a gamepad's right analog stick. Looking at this, it seems it's just a matter of figuring out which axis to set the input to (X, Y, 3rd-10th), but none of these are mapped to the right analog. If I build and run the EXE, the input configuration window is also unable to detect the right analog.
Am I missing something obvious? Is this a known problem? Any thoughts on how to proceed?

With my Logitech Rumblepad 2, it's the 3rd/4th axes.
The problem isn't that I don't know which particular axies it is. The problem is that it isn't any particular axis. The right analog stick is simply missing.
Did you ever solve this? I've set the right stick Axis for 3rd and 4th on the Xbox 360 gamepad but nothing seems to be there when I run the game…
