Problem with unity waves in water
hi all,
Ik hope someone of you guys can help me out because i am almost pulling my hear out here.
I'm having a problem, with the water3example in unity. The waves it generates are way too big, so most of the terrain i've made sinks below water level every now and then.
I am using quite a big terrain 2000X2000 so i need to scale out the water a lot. (making a swamp). I have tried every parameter but the waves (the motion of the water) keeps too big.
Anyone any ideas?
i'm having the same problem! the waves are too big and none of the settings are able to make them smaller. did you find out anything useful? i'll check out the water3$$anonymous$$anager Script, there has to be something hidden in there...

you have to change the y-scale of Water3Example (not Water3 itself), that's what makes the waves big or small.
