How to make the GUI box corners sharper
I've been looking at the documentation, and from what I can tell it should be possible to make the corners sharper and more square, instead of the weird rounded boxes that is the default.
I can't seem to find any tutorials on it either. I'm sure it's super simple, so if you guys know of any tutorials or know who to make the boxes sharper that'd be great!

simply go to the image component of the UI element, in the "source image" field click the little browsing circle next to the box and choose "None" as the option. Voila.
Oh my god are you serious? That's freaking amazing! Thanks for the help haha.
Ah, now that I look at it, that's not exactly what I was thinking about. But I see how it works. I'm guessing you have set up so that the GUI will try and access and image? And so if it's empty then it'll just default to the square.
Am I correct?
Yep. If you choose "None" as the source image, it will be the square. The back button that you see in my menu is the result of not having a source image in the button image component. If you are using 4.6 GUI you should get same results.
Ah sweet, is that just an empty game object or is it something else like a cube or a prefab?
