Tap register issue with touch screen
I have an application for Windows XP, Windows POS, and Vista that run on a touch screen device. These platforms all work fine on the app.
I'm currently testing the app on a windows 8.1 touch screen device, but I'm having some issues. In some areas of the application you have a "Tap to continue" followed by another tap you need to press. So in short you have to do two different taps. In windows 8.1 however when you tap the "Tap to continue" once it registers both that tap and the second tap even though you've only tapped once.
I'm using unity 3.5 for the application, does windows 8.1 have compatibility issues with this? Even so I've upgraded all the way up to Unity 5 but with the same issue.
Is there a reason why Windows 8 would do two taps in quick succession even though you've only tapped once?
