WP8 Emulator & Device Debugging: The application could not be launched for debugging. (deploying works

I'm fighting with the already known problem:

The application could not be launched for debugging. Ensure that the target device screen is unlocked and that the application is installed.

I use unity 4.3.5,vs2012,luma820(wp8) when I chose debug in vs2012 got that error .
