Import Unity animation in a Android Project

Hi :) Is possible to export unity code like a library and use it in eclipse android project ?

That is to say if is possibile to incorporate the animation and call the function of Unity3d from java Android code and pass data from java language to c# and viceversa ?

I would separe the animation from rest of the app , but I don't know if is it possible. Or I have to develop the entire app in unity3d

p.s : i'm using Unity free edition
