How do I nest an existing blend tree inside another?
Hi there,
I have two blend trees already set up. I want to blend between them using another blend tree. When I make a new blend tree - the one to contain them both - it doesn't give me the option to include an existing blend tree; it only gives me the option to create a new one.
For example, say I had two blend trees - one for walking forward with turns, another for walk backwards with turns. Then after I am happy with them, I want to move them inside another blend tree, with forward velocity as the blending parameter.
(This isn't my exact scenario but rather a simple example.)
How would I migrate those blend trees inside another blend tree? Please don't tell me that I have to re-create them all over again!
Thanks,
-Steve

I agree, that's why I wrote an editor extension to solve this issue. It supports disconnecting, and drag/drop reorganization of blend trees. Issues like adding a new parent blend tree are simple and easy. You can check it out here: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/animation/anim-tree-editor-161217This this still not possible?
