Mac App Sandbox Adding Capabilities

Hey, Is there a way to add capabilities (incoming and outgoing connections) for publishing at Mac AppStore? I made a game that shows your IP Adress in the Main Menu, but after signing the App for the Mac AppSore, the IP Adress is something like 1E::

I thought, adding capabilities in Sandbox would fix that problem!? Maybe someone could help me, thank you!

Is it something like 1E:::, or exactly "1E:::" ? Something of the format FF:EE:DD:99 is still an ip address and you may just have to convert from hexadecimal to decimal before displaying it.
