Game looks messed up when i built it onto my iphone
I worked for a few weeks on an iphone game, and ive been testing it on the iphone with unity remote, and unity remote like squished it down to make it fit and i said thats fine if people have older devices it can look a bit squished. But i built it to my phone and it was way different. The GUI is a lot smaller and in different places, the text is really small compared to what it looked like in unity, there are blue bars so instead of stretching down it just made these dumb blue bars. I dunno why it did this, is there an easy way to fix it?
Unity remote isn't a solid way of testing deploying on any device since it merely streams what you see on your computer to the phone. You need to do testing by either setting up a resolution setting/aspect ratio in the editor to emulate the phone, or only do testing on the phone by deploying to it.
As for the issue you're having. This is most likely due to the fact that you're not setting the position and scale of the gui based on the screen width and height. If you make sure that everything is based on that, then you will be able to resize your window all you want and still have a gui that works properly.
