Is it legal if i use some of Unity Technologies free assets in my projects?

Is it legal for example if i use the following shaders in my project?

Yes!
The section 2.2 from Unity Asset Store EULA clearly states that:
Licensor grants to the END-USER a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to the Asset to integrate Assets only as incorporated and embedded components of electronic games and interactive media and distribute such electronic game and interactive media.
So you can use these assets in your games only and also these games should be developed using Unity only.

Yeah it is legal. AssetStore is made for people that want to use content of other people in their game. If I'm not wrong the AssetStore license actually says that everything on AssetStore is legal to use in UNITY! But only in Unity!
