Do i have to use Thread function in unity?
I'm new in unity and just going to develop my first 2d game in c sharp, So there will be 200 levels. My question is, if user select a level and finished that one and then he is moving to next level, does unity api terminate first level or do i have to use thread function to terminate.

Unity is predominantly single threaded, you can use things to make your own threads (like this article describes http://unitygems.com/threads ).
So when a level ends and a new one is loaded all objects that are not marked DontDestroyOnLoad will be destroyed and their code will cease to execute.
