Question regarding licensing

Hi everyone,

I do have a question regarding the Student Commercial license: ( http://www.studica.com/eu/en/unity/unity-pro-4-student-commercial.html )

It states that only full time students (or faculties) may use this license, and, since it's a commerical license, you can sell your game. But, in order to sell the game, I'd have to open a Business (I'm from Austria), which means I'd be no full time student anymore?!

Anyone knows how that works? Thanks in advance.
