Deformed imported rigged maya model
I've been trying to import my dragon character from Maya into Unity, but every time I try it comes out deformed.
I deleted Maya's non-deformer history, but that only helped partially. For some reason I can't export an FBX file correctly, either.
It brings up these errors:
The plug-in has found the following skin definition problems : Unable to find the bind pose for : / DuskaiAvatar222:Duskai_Avatar:Duskai_Avatar:Duskai_Shadowscale:joint1 / DuskaiAvatar ... owscale:joint9 / DuskaiAvatar222:Duskai_Avatar:Duskai_Avatar:Duskai_Shadowscale:joint111. No bind poses in the hierarchy containing the object will be exported. <--- (many of these with different joints.)
One or more objects in the scene has local axes that are not perpendicular to each other (non-orthogonal). The FBX plug-in only supports orthogonal (or perpendicular) axes and will not correctly import or export any transformations that involve non-perpendicular local axes. This can create an inaccurate appearance with the affected objects: DuskaiAvatar222:Duskai_Avatar:Duskai_Avatar:Duskai_Shadowscale:polySurface36
I tried deleting history, for some reason this error comes up when I try to enter the bind pose
Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2016/scripts/others/gotoBindPose.mel line 68: Unable to determine shape for transform DuskaiAvatar222:Duskai_Avatar:Duskai_Avatar:Duskai_Shadowscale:joint1
I tried using that code to set another one, but it didn't work, either.
This is what the code says: dagPose -bp -save; $sel = ls -sl -fl
; for ( $each in $sel ) { if($each != $sel[0]){ extrude -ch true -rn false -po 1 -et 2 -ucp 1 -fpt 1 -upn 1 -rotation 0 -scale 1 -rsp 1 $sel[0] $each; { dagPose -bp -save; } } }

Please help me figure out what to do!
Summer is almost here and I REALLY want to do this in Unity over the Summer.
Please answer soon!
Do you have bind-pose keyframes for all the bones on frame zero in $$anonymous$$aya?
