How do I use the New UnityGUI with U3DXT Face Detection

Hi, I am trying to use the new unity GUI system on top of face detection (u3dxt iOS pro sdks), unfortunately the new gui just doesn't appear (like there is some kind of depth issue), any way of doing this?
