Best way to display a (highscore) dialogue

I'd like to display a highscore dialogue in my game and i'm wondering, what's the best practice...

I want to display 50 Scores and make the dialogue scrollable.

Is it more efficient to draw the background (fields) as Sprites and scroll the game objects, or script it via unity's gui methods?

Should i make one single background image with all fields for the 50 scores or should i make single images for each text field?

What about the text? One Textfield containing all scores with correct spacing and size or single text elements?

I want to display 10 Entries at a time, so i'm worried if i make a graphic for all 50 scores that the images outside the visible screen are using memory. Besides the image would get bigger...
