Does android supports double tap?
Guys, does android supports double tap? And when I say that, I mean can I use tapCount == 2 in android games without any errors? Because I've read that you can use tapCount only for iPhones.

There are several types of touch screens: 1) those like the iPhone that can read multiple input 2) those like the lower-end android that only can read one input at a time.
Some Android phones can read multiple, but not all. According to the Unity docs you should be able to use touchcount:
iOS and Android devices are capable of tracking multiple fingers touching the screen simultaneously. You can access data on the status of each finger touching screen during the last frame by accessing the Input.touches property array.Mobile Devices:
You should be able to. I cannot find where it says you cannot or where in the documentation it specifies "Only for iOS".
Ugh, from your answer I understood that I can't use tapCount(or I can?). So what can I use ins$$anonymous$$d?
I just ran across that post and thought you might get some meaning out of it. It appears NOBODY knows if you can or cannot. You need to test it out on your android device and just see if it works. It makes no sense to me why it should not, but I only develop on iOS at the moment and cannot test for you.
What can you use ins$$anonymous$$d? -What are you trying to do?
