Problem launching Built game "d3d12.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)"

So after i build my game with DX12 Set-Up, the game instantly crashes after Unity Splash Screen, and this appears on error.txt file:

 Unity Player [version: Unity 5.5.0b7_bd91e53964bc]

d3d12.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
   in module d3d12.dll at 0033:26ec1e34.

 Error occurred at 2016-10-18_151720.
 C:\Users\devis\Desktop\My Game.exe, run by devis.
 23% memory in use.
8125 MB physical memory [6191 MB free].
12149 MB paging file [9527 MB free].
134217728 MB user address space [134217236 MB free].
Read from location 00000134 caused an access violation.

Running it as Administrator doesn't change anything. My GPU does support DX12, and the GPU is GTX 750 Ti So, why am i getting this error? Are my Direct X files ducked up? I really dont want to go back to Direct X 11 as DX12 really gives nice boost for FPS.
