Materials missing from FBX Maya to Unity
Hey there,
I'm having an issue where some of the fbx files I load in to Unity, are missing material nodes. It looks like Unity just assigns it a basic lambert, however I am unable to change the material it's given. This isn't for all of the meshes, just a few of them. Any ideas as to what's causing this would be greatly appreciated!

What do you mean by "missing material nodes"? You can't assign material or you can't modify materials?
I can't assign or change materials to the meshes. The option isn't available.
create a material and drop it over theobject now what you are missing will be there..

You can replace material once you drop your mesh into the scene.
