How to make a partial tube (with setting the angle)

Hi guys, i really need a help ... I need to create a partial tube which can i set (angle of drawed part) , first i tried to create a tube in 3ds max and then do an slicing animation .. but unity cant support that type of animation ... so my question is .. have you any ideas how can i make that partial tube ?? thx a lot
