Game Over 2D GUI position

Hi, i'm making a 2d game and i want to create a "game over gui" which overlaps the game. I want that this gui will work good for each resolution

This gui will contain:

1) a gui texture for the background ( the "container") 2) a gui texture for a image 3) the user score ( some labels)

I've created a gui texture that i enable when the player die and in the OnGUI I set the position on the center of the screen. My problem now is how to position the image and the score for each resolution. The image should appear on the center-top of the container. With the score my problem is more complicated because I've 10 texture with the numbers ( 0-1-2-...-9) that i must combine to create the score. I've tried to create one label for each number but I've a problem with the space between the numbers and the size of the labels that must be in proportion with the screen height and width.

Has Anyone an idea on how can i do these things?

Sure, you can place your texture depending on Screen.width & Screen.height. For your score better find some nice font or make a custom one. Just google how to make it.
