Near clipping plane is different when game is maximized
I am having an issue with my near clipping plane. When testing with "maximize on play" selected or using "build and run" my character is being partially clipped (it is first person using an Oculus Rift as the camera). I have reduced the near clipping plane of the camera to the lowest value of 0.01 and this has not helped.
Whenever I play without the screen maximized and just within the Unity editor view however my character is not getting clipped at any near clipping plane distances below about 0.1, despite the fact I have not changed anything else.
Why is playing in maximized vs not maximized having this effect and how can I have the full screen version not clip out my character?
