How to: Import sprite sheet in animation (the quick and easy way)
Hello Unity community,
I have several 'clothing' pieces that need to be animated as a .anim file, but I don't know how to change this easily, without having to do every piece by hand.
The clothes have several parts which needs to be animated correctly, I tried to write a script like I had done when I used 2D Toolkit from Unikron Software. This script changed the name of the clothing from the ones I used from 1_armfront_1 to 2_armfront_1 for example. But how can I do this easily in Unity without having to buy assets?
Sum up of what I have:
The clothing pieces is the same animation on the same spritesheet tile. \
I made a default animation
The clothing is divided in the following: Arm Front, ArmBack, Chestpiece and Legs.
I hope I made myself clear enough because English isn't my native language. If there is code involved I prefer C#. (Never wrote any JS)
Thanks in advance,
Kevin
