License expired but should not yet have done so?
My hard drive fried and with it my Unity Pro copy. I never had the chance to free my license.
When I went to reactivate the license, the license manager says the serial has reached the maximum number of activations. When I go to deactivate the license, it says "UNITY PRO 4.X (Trial license, Expired) Add-ons: Team License 4.x, iOS Pro 4.x, Android Pro 4.x".
The license should have lasted until 31 AUG.
Who should I contact about this?
Perhaps "Subscription" option

Normally you'd email the support team and include your serial number, and invoice number.
But try activating now. (If you still have problems, include this Answers link in your support email.)
I tried to deactivate from my desktop so I could use the license on the road with my laptop and now I can't get it working again. What should I do to fix it? @Graham Dunnett ?
