Making the camera show mobile view...
Hello people of the Unity answers...
I need help with making the main camera or whatever show me what the scene would look like on a mobile device.
Right now I have to position all the objects, build the game, email it to my phone then download & install it.
I tried using Unity remote but gave up because after many attempts it didn't work :(
Is there another way? There must be another way!
Thanks in advance! :)
when you tried to use unity remote did you download unity remote 4.0? and are you testing using an android based device or an ios based device?
I downloaded the newest version off of Google Play. Yes, I'm, using Android.
have you tried loading unity remote 4 on your android device and then loading unity? if so does it just stay on the screen telling you to plugin when you press play?
You need the SD$$anonymous$$ installed on the machine too, make sure you grab Google's USB Drivers for the remote to work. I just set it up earlier actually.
i would think that they have the SD$$anonymous$$ installed if they are building the game and sending it to their device
