Decal script not recognized by bullet marks script

Hello, everone. I am borrowing the bootcamp demo decal/gun system until I finish my own, but when I import the scripts, I get the following error: "Assets/BulletMarks.js(92,25): BCE0018: The name 'Decal' does not donate a valid type ('not found')". I tried quitting unity, reimporting the scripts, but I still get the error. I was wondering if there was a way around this.
