Is it possible to import collision primitives with an object?
I know how to add colission primitives inside unity, but is there a way to do it in the 3D package? I'm thinking any way similar to the udk way, where you place boxes around your object, like you want the collision, and then name the boxes something very specific like unityCollissionBox_01 and the engine automatically recognizes this and sets it as collision geometry.
Like I said, I know how to do it in the engine, but I want to do it this way, simply for streamlineing production. It will be faster as my 3d program has more suitable placement tools and is better for looking around close to the model, and it is less destructive as you could iterate on the render mesh and collision mesh simultaneously in the 3D package.
