UNet Dedicated Server
Hi, I tried to make a dedicated server for UNet, but it wont instantiate any objects...
I have this on my client:
[Command]
void CmdSpawnItem(Vector3 pos, Quaternion rot)
{
GetComponent<CheckSets>().RpcSpawnItem(missile, pos, rot);
}
and this on my server:
[ClientRpc]
public void RpcSpawnItem(GameObject missile, Vector3 pos, Quaternion rot)
{
GameObject go = (GameObject)Instantiate(missile, pos, rot);
NetworkServer.Spawn(go);
}
It gives 0 errors/warnings but it just doesnt instantiate it over the net. Hence: The server is in a empty scene with only a empty gameobject + network manager.
we are hosting this on a server.
Can anyone help me with this?
