Ios iap continues to show after Cleared for Sale is unchecked

In iTunes connect iap is in state "Developer Removed from Sale"

The disabled iap is not showing in live version(this is intended outcome), but it is showing in development version(and can be bought with sandbox). iap code in the app is unchanged between these versions

Is there something related to test version that makes it show?

TLDR: yes this is sandbox thing.
