Certain project not opening
Over a period of 2 weeks, I worked on a project synced over my dropbox account. I kept adding on to my project and one day, when I closed Unity to save some processing power, and reopened it, Unity stopped working and remained on the initial startup icon. I waited a few hours and came back, but nothing changed. This is still going after 2 days now.
I noticed that other projects would still work and I later saw that the same project would open on another computer via dropbox. When I open the project, I notice that my processing speed would decrease a bit as normally, then suddenly increase as if Unity had shut down itself and a majority of my other programs.
I tried looking for an error log, but failed to find one. As far as I know, I had been using Unity 4.5.0f6 and I didnt update it since a week before.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
$$anonymous$$ake sure that you've backed up your assets, before you do anything drastic.
Have you checked the editor log file?
If you copy the assets into another (empty) project, can Unity load that project? Try deleting the copy project's "Library" folder, too -- it'll remove all of your asset references, but should leave your assets intact if that's the problem.
