Unity blue screen help? (Can't add scenes) [fixed]
Unity noob here, why does UNITY do this sometimes when I open it up? I have no idea how to fix, I also can't add scenes

The menu in your screenshot is to open up one of the specific windows their. To create a new scene, you can either select 'File/New Scene' or you can just begin adding/editing from where you are currently at, as that is the default empty scene screen.
EDIT:
I just noticed, it looks like you don't have a project actually created, as there is no project name in your title bar. Maybe try either opening, or creating a new project?

Never mind, realized I had game scene maxed.
