Navmesh in a spherical surface in Unity2018
Hello.
I am trying to use NaveMesh to find path on spherical surface.
but it is not working properly as I want.
please check picture below.
I want to make blue area(NavMesh baked area) whole surface of mesh.
actually I found "Navmesh in a spherical surface" asked article in 2014. https://answers.unity.com/questions/638137/navmesh-in-a-spherical-surface.html
the guy who answered above article says it is not possible in Unity 2014.
My Question is.. is this still not possible on Unity 2018?
Somebody help me please.

Not sure it usable in your case, here what I did with navmesh.
In short - I baked my planet 6 times, rotating different sides up. Then I manually added baked navmesh pieces, setting it`s rotation. And then connected it with off mesh links (sure, it must be more accurate for production).
