Character Clipping after a certain distance. Halp pls.
I have started today to follow a Youtube tutorial on making a Ragdoll Game. Until now everything has worked, but when it came to the camera movement, my character started cliping where it shouldnt clip. In my Video attached You can get the details of my problem. To narrow it down quickly: I attached my Camera onto a empty oject in my rig. This object cant rotate, so that the camera doesnt shake, but is locked in the hips position of my rig. now I put the Camera a little bit away from my character, so u see him from behind (Third person game). Now when I move my character, after he leaves a specific radius, which seems to be the distance from my Camera to my Character, he clipps. First his SHadow, then his Body. And to round it all up, when i unparent my Camera form the empty Object, nothing clipps.
I am begging for help, since nothing i do seems to work.
P.S. for some reason if i attach physiks(Rigidbody and Configurable Joint) to the uppest parent of my rig, which is root(not the empty object), i cant see my character at all anymore.
