How to debug Android apps that use Admob
I've recently started trying to incorporate AdMob ads into my application. However, now that I've begun testing (built app with necessary build options for debugging), I can no longer attach the mobile app's player to the Visual Studio 2015 debugger without the mobile app immediately dying. I've tried attaching the debugger to the AdMob sample application with the same results.
Android apps that do not use AdMob work fine with the debugger.
Does anyone have any hints or workarounds to debugging an app that includes AdMob? I haven't been able to find anything about debugging issues anywhere, so I'm hoping it's something that can be easily fixed that I've overlooked.
I'm using Google Mobile Ads for Unity version 3.0.5 and Unity version 5.4.0f3.
Thanks
Hi all, I have the same problem. Did someone find out something about that ? Thanks

Did you create a development build with "script debugging" enabled? Also, you might try a different IDE for debugging (MonoDevelop or Xamarin Studio).
