Question by 100percentnet · Feb 08, 2014 at 10:05 PM · crashsceneview

Scene is missing and i saved it?

I saved my unity project RIGHT before it crashed, and I reopen it and everythings gone except for the trees in my project. How do I get my scene back? (I saved multiple times before crashing) Please help I'm so frustrated.

This is what it looks like post-crashing

Revert the scene file back to your previous commit. If you don't understand what I'm taking about, then you aren't using a version control system (which you should be) and you need to start using one.

Shit happens, Operating Systems, Unity etc.. no system is perfect and flawless, so things don't always work, so to circumvent this you should be using a version control system. I recommend GIT.
