Import is missing a material

I have made a model of a laptop. this model has three materials applied to it. one of these materials are missing. the three materials are laptop, term and keyboard. the laptop and term materials import just fine, while the keyboard material docent import at all. i am using 3ds max for my models. if you need any models, export settings or any further information just ask for it.
